2 egg whites
1 tbsp. water
1 1/2 tbsp. vanilla
1 lb pecan halves
1 cup white sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites, water, and vanilla till frothy. Add pecans.
In a Ziploc bag mix sugar, salt, cinnamon,and nutmeg.
Shake pecans in dry ingredients. Spread out on greased pan and bake at 250º for 1 hour stirring occasionally.
