Shrimp and Noodle Casserole Recipe

2 large onions
3 ribs celery
3 toes garlic
1 tsp parsley
2 sticks butter
1/4 c. flour
2 lbs shrimp
8 ozs Velveeta Jalepeno cheese, cubed
1 pint half & half
12 ozs egg noodles
4 ozs Jalepeno cheese
bread crumbs

Saute chopped onions, celery, garlic and parsley in butter. Add flour and mix; then add shrimp. Cook 15 minutes.

In a double broiler, combine cubed cheese and cream. Heat until cheese is all melted.

Cook noodles. Combine noodles, sautéed vegetables, shrimp, cheese and cream mixture. Mix well.

Grease a 13" X 9" pan. Fill pan with mixture. Top with cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 375º for 20-30 minutes. Crab meat or chicken can be substituted for shrimp.
