2 large cans Enchilada bean dip
Guacamole' -can buy premade in cold section@ grocery store
8 ounces sour cream
2 packs of taco seasoning
1 pound of ground beef
2 tomatoes, diced
1 small can black olives, drained and chopped
Green onions, diced
Grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef with taco seasoning. Don't add water. Drain

Assemble layers:
1-Spread the two cans of bean dip
2-Top with guacamole'
3-Mix sour cream with 1 pack Taco seasoning. This is your 3rd layer
4-Ground beef mixture
5-Chopped tomatoes
6-Chopped black olives
7-Top with chopped green onions and grated cheddar cheese.

Serve with Scoopable corn chips. I don't add shredded lettuce;but, I have seen it used. If you don't like one of the layers-make a substitution!
