1/4 cup raisin paste (put raisins in food processor with enough apple juice to make a paste and refrigerate for several days before using)
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 cup apple juice
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1 bottle (6 oz) jalapeno sauce
1 Tablespoon garlic powder
1 Tablespoon onion powder
3 Tablespoon molasses
4 Tablespoon corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except cornstarch in a medium saucepan. Stir over medium heat until mixture begins to boil.Turn off the burner. Mix corn starch in enough water to make it liquid. Add cornstarch mixture to the pan and stir until it begins to thicken. Remove from heat and let cool. When cool, put in jars or containers and store in the refrigerator.

Use this sauce as a base for pork tenderloin medallions with sauted onions and peppers. You can use as a sauce for a sweet and hot recipe and also as a dipping sauce.
