1 slightly beaten egg
10 oz. package frozen chopped broccoli (partially thawed) or fresh broccoli (2 c.)
8 & 1/2 oz. cream corn (can)
1 tbsp. grated onion
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farms)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine egg, broccoli, corn, onion, salt & pepper. In small pan melt butter - add stuffing mix & toss to coat. Stir 3/4 c. of buttered stuffing mix into broccoli mixture. Put into lightly greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs on top (1/4 c.). Bake uncovered - 350 for 35 to 40 minutes.
