4 hearts of romaine lettuce, chopped
1/2 English cucumber
3/4 grape tomatoes, halved
1/2 c. chopped nuts (pecans. walnuts or almonds)
1/2 c. dried cranberries
1/2 c. crumbled blue cheese
3/4 c. balsamic vinaigrette

Directions:
Directions:
Layer the romaine lettuce with the cucumber, grape tomatoes, nuts, cranberries and blue cheese in a large salad bowl. Dress the salad with balsamic vinaigrette before serving.
