1 can 9 oz bean dip
4 oz softened cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbsp. Taco seasoning mix
1 garlic clove pressed
1/4 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 plum tomato, seeded and diced about 1/2 cup
2 green onions with tops thinly sliced
1/4 cup pitted ripe olives
1 tbsp. Finely chopped cilantro or parsley (fresh)
Additional sour cream and chips optional

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º, spread bean dip over bottom of small oval baker
Combine cream cheese,sour cream,taco seasoning mix and garlic. Mix well
Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over bean dip
Grate cheddar cheese over top
Bake 15-20 minutes or til cheese is melted

To prepare toppings remove stems from tomatoes, dice and thinly sliced green onions,sliced olives, cilantro or parsley
Sprinkle evenly over baked bean dip
Garnish with additional sour cream
Serve with tortilla chips
