2 med. onions
1 stick butter
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup long grain rice
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup water
12 medium peppers or tomatoes or a mix

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer onions in butter for 10 minutes.
Add meat, tomato sauce rice seasonings and cook for 20 min.
Cut top off tom/peppers.............remove seeds and inner membrane.
Fill with meat mixture and place in baking dish with 1 cup water.
Bake in moderate oven about 45 min.
