2 C Powdered Milk
1/4 C Hershey's Cocoa
1 C Powdered Sugar
Dash of Salt

Mix all ingredients together.

To make a Cup of Hot Cocoa, simply put 4 T to a cup of boiling water and stir.

May add whipping cream, marshmallows.

To make a richer cocoa, you may add to the mixture, 1/3 C of powdered non-dairy creamer and/or 1 or 2 T of malted milk powder.
