2 packages (8 oz. each) cream cheese
2 packages dry beef (comes in small plastic hanging bags by cheese)
1 onion
Directions:
Directions:
1. Soften cream cheese to room temperature and set in large bowl
2. Using an Oskar, or small electric chopper, shred dry beef, and add to cream cheese
3. Using the same chopper, chop into fine pieces one onion

Using your hands blend ingredients together for a couple minutes until well mixed. Pat into round ball, and put in fridge till ready to serve with your favorite crackers
