Ingredients:  
1 lb Hardwood Smoked bacon
1 lb smoked sausage
1 pkg 16 oz shredded cheddar cheese
2 large onions chopped
3-4 lbs potatoes sliced thin

Directions:
Directions:
In large baking dish, layer bacon, potatoes, onions and sausage
Repeat layers until done
Cover and bake on 350 for 1 1/2 hours
Remove and add cheese
Return to oven 15-20 minutes
