"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

2 Parts Olive Oil (Bertolli or Berio) and NOT Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to Taste - the secret is to use enough salt

It is optional to replace the vinegar with raspberry vinegar, balsamic vinegar (be sure to use sugar with balsamic), lemon juice, blueberry vinegar, etc.

Directions:
Better if made fresh before serving. i.e, For salad for 2-3 people - use 1 tbsp. of vinegar and 2 tbsp. of olive oil - Making for a larger salad? Use 1/4 C of vinegar and 1/2 C of olive oil.

Lemon juice recipe is good on a salad made with; lettuce, can of tuna, onion, feta cheese (parmesan cheese, black olives) and croutons. This is my version of a greek salad.
