1 C Sugar
4 tsp Salt
1 tsp dry Mustard
2 tsp Grated Onion
3 Heaping Tbls Paprika
2 Eggs
1/2 C Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tbls. Lemon Juice (can use lemon concentrate)

Directions:

Combine: Sugar, Salt, Dry Mustard, Onion and Paprika

Add: 2 Eggs, Vinegar and Lemon Juice

Add: 1 C of Salad Oil and beat with electric mixer for 3 minutes.

Add: 1 More C of Salad Oil and beat for 5 minutes

Keeps well in refrigerator. Serve on a wedge of lettuce with sliced hardboiled egg. Optional : Blue Cheese on Top

Also good served on a mixed salad.

Always use Canola oil - NEVER use vegetable oil
