2 lbs Sirloin Steak
4 T Margarine
1 C Chopped Onion
1 Clove Garlic
1 tsp Instant Beef Bouillon
1/2 tsp Salt
1-1/2 C Sour Cream
1 lb Fresh Sliced Mushrooms
3 Tbls. Flour
1 Can Beef Consomme'
1/4 C Dry White Wine
1 T Ketchup
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Pinch of Dill

Directions:
Directions:
Slice Sirloin into bite sized pieces and sear it in the hot butter in a skillet and then remove.

Into 3 Tbls of butter or margarine, saute' onion, garlic, mushrooms and seasonings. Add bouillon, stir in flour. Slowly add the wine and consommé' - put steak back into this mixture, and simmer until ready to serve. Slowly add the sour cream and dill.

Serve on top of cooked noodles and sprinkle with parsley.
