1 cup packed brown sugar 3/4 cup butter or margarine (softened) 1 egg 2 TBSP milk 1 tsp vanilla 2 cups flour 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 cup maraschino cherries, well drained and chopped 1/2 cup chopped pecans 1/2 cup coconut 1/2 bag chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375º
In a large bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, egg, milk and vanilla. Combine flour, salt and baking soda. Gradually add to creamed mixture. Fold in cherries, pecans and coconut.
Drop by teaspoons on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes
