2 green apples - thinly sliced
2 bags of broccoli slaw
1 cucumber seeded and sliced
3/4 c. dried cranberries
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1/3 c. honey
1/3 c.Olive oil
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/4 to 1/2 c. Chopped walnuts

Directions:

Mix the apples with the salt, pepper, vinegar, honey, and oil mixture.

Add slaw, cranberries, and walnuts.

Refrigerate.
