2-3 lb Pork Shoulder Roast (rubbed with Cindy's Dry Pork Rub)
Your Favorite Barbeque Sauce (I use City Barbeque sauce)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown roast on a grill using medium heat.

Place in covered roasting pan, bake at 225-250º for 6-8 hours.

May prepare this in a crock pot set to "high" for 6-8 hours.

Shred the cooked pork, add barbeque sauce, reheat in oven.
