3 c flour
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 T. poppy seed
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/8 c. olive oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp. lemon extract
1 1/2 tsp. butter extract

Glaze:
1/2 c. orange juice
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
1/2 tsp. butter extract

Directions:

Preheat oven 350º
Butter two loaf pans


Mix all ingredients except for glaze ingredients. Place into the two buttered loaf pans.

Bake for one hour.

Cool for 5 minutes and leave the bread in the pan.

After the bread cools for 5 minutes, pour prepared Glaze over the top of the bread and let sit for at least one hour and then remove from pans.
