2 -1/2 C of Potatoes
1 tsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Vinegar
1/2 C Chopped Onion
1/2 C Chopped Celery
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Celery Seed
1/3 C Miracle Whip
1/3 C Hellman's Mayo
3 Hard Boiled Eggs (chopped or sliced)

Directions:

Peel potatoes and boil in water until almost tender (be careful not to overcook)

Once potatoes are done, cool slightly and mix with the vinegar and sugar when the potatoes are still warm

Mix the rest of ingredients into the potatoes and chill for a couple of hours before serving.

This is a favorite recipe of the family so I usually triple the recipe.

The two keys are to add the vinegar and sugar when the potatoes are hot and to add both Miracle Whip and Hellmans mayo.
