1 lb Crisco
3 cups flour
1 1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, water and salt with fork and cover in bowl and refrigerate for one hour.

Roll dough on floured board. Spread 1/3 of the Crisco over rolled dough and fold up and refrigerate one hour.
Repeat two more times using 1/3 Crisco at a time and refrigerate one hour each time.

Preheat oven to 350º

Roll out small quantities at a time on a board with flour and sugar (mostly sugar). Cut into strips of 1" x 6" long. Wrap strips around foil-covered clothes pins (or dowel rod pieces).

Bake on ungreased cookies sheet with parchment paper. Bake for 10-15 minutes.

Once cooled, fill with Gram's Whipped Cream Frosting
