rack of baby back port ribs
brown sugar
lemon juice
barbecue sauce

Directions:
Directions:
* Remove membrane from back of ribs.
* Make a paste with brown sugar & lemon juice.
* Rub ribs with paste.
* Wrap in foil & refrigerate overnight.
* Bake @250-275º F for 5 hours.
* Cover with barbecue sauce.
* Bake @350º for 30 minutes, refrigerate overnight & bake when ready.
