Ingredients:  
8oz. shredded cheddar cheese
8oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
4oz. mild chopped green chilies
1 egg
4 T. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine above ingredients in a well greased serving dish.
Beat one egg in 4 Tbsp. milk and pour over cheese mixture.
Bake in microwave on high 5-6 minutes or in the oven at 325 for 20-25 minutes (until melted and bubbly).
