Mushroom Appetizers Recipe

1 c chopped onion
2 c chopped mushrooms
3 tbsp butter
2 egg yolks
1/2 c chopped parsley
1/4 c mozzerella
1/8 t oregano

6 slices of white bread
1/2 c melted butter

For Filling:
Melt butter in saute pan, add onions and mushrooms and cook for 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat.
Add the rest of the filling ingredients.

For Dough:
Cut each slice of bread into 4 equal squares. Remove the crust, press flat with rolling pin or just use the back of your hand to flattten. Dip each square into butter and press into the middle of a mini muffin tin pan. Fill with mushroom mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

I don't like mushrooms, but this is a great appetizer, everyone seems to love them.
