Laura Macy

2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 medium yellow onion, diced
1 garlic cloves, minced
1 pounds ground beef
1 can tomato sauce
1 small can of tomato paste
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon chili powder

1 Cup Cheddar Cheese

1 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
1/2 cup milk
1 egg

Heat oven to 400º. Cook beef and onions. Drain off excess fat. Add all ingredients down to the chili powder and cook until slightly bubbly. Sprinkle the cheese over the meat mixture. Remove from heat.

Mix remaining ingredients in separate dish until blended. Place on-top of the Sloppy Joe mixture. Place pan in the oven. (I love that this is all in one skillet. Make sure your skillet is oven proof. Most are).

Bake about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
