2 pkgs chopped frozen spinach thawed and squeezed dry
1 container 16 oz sour cream
1 cup Hellmann's May
1 pkg Knorr vegetable soup mix
3 green onions chopped
1 can 8 oz. water chestnuts drained and chopped

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and chill about 2 hours before serving.

The original recipe calls for only one pkg of spinach, if you like the dip more liquidy then only use one.
