Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 Cup creamy peanut butter
1 Cup Chopped nuts
1/2 lb chopped dates
1 cup powdered sugar
2/3 stick butter melted
1 cup crushed Crispex cereal or corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix peanut butter with powdered sugar then add the melted butter. Add chopped nuts and dates and crushed cereal of your choice.

If mixture is too soft or sticky, add a little more crushed cereal. If it's too dry, add a bit more melted butter. Put mixture into the fridge for approximately one hour.

After one hour, roll mixture into balls approximately 1-1/2" diameter and dip them into melted chocolate. (I use chocolate discs from the candy store, melt as directed on package. 1 16oz bag melted should cover all)
