11/2kg pork spare ribs
1 cup diced onions
1 cup water
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp prepared mustard.

Directions:
Preheat oven to 165c.
In a large jug combine all ingredients except ribs.
Heat a frypan and cook the ribs over medium heat and cook until nicely browned. Place ribs in a single layer in a baking dish. Pour half the sauce over ribs, reserving the rest. Bake ribs in the oven for about two and a half hours. Turn and baste ribs every 25 minutes, using the reserved sauce, using all the sauce by two hours or so. Keep on turning ribs until finished.
