Ingredients:  
Chicken breast, trimmed and cut into strips
Franks hot sauce, enough to cover chicken
Butter melted, about 1 Tbsp per pound of chicken
Garlic, minced, 2-3 cloves per pound of chicken
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large heavy duty Zip-lock bag, place chicken, hot sauce, butter, and garlic; shake to mix. Marinate in refrigerator at least overnight. The longer you let marinate the more flavorful the chicken.
When ready to grill, remove from marinade; salt and pepper to taste.
Grill, turning once; cook until done.
Serve alone with blue cheese dressing. Or chopped into a lettuce salad.
