One fillet of firm fish (cod, basa, ling or barramundi)
Cooked and peeled prawns sufficient for two persons
A selection of mixed vegetables cut up fairly small (carrots, peas, broccoli, cauliflower and corn)
1/2 cup flour
100gm butter
Potatoes to make mashed
Salt & pepper to taste
Milk.
Fresh parsley chopped or dried.
Extra butter for potatoes.

Pop the mixed vegetables into the microwave and partially cook to soften.
Cut up the fish into bite sized pieces.
Add the butter to a pan, melt and then add the flour to make a paste. Once mixed add sufficient milk to make a white sauce, add the parsley and seasonings, then add the prawns and fish. Thoroughly mix together. Remove from the heat. In an oven proof dish Pour in the fish mixture then top with drained vegetables. Meanwhile cook the potatoes until tender, add more butter and milk and mash to a reasonably stiff mixture. Gently spread the potatoes to cover the fish lightly score with a fork top with dabs of butter and bake at 180c for about 25-30 minutes.
