Homemade noodles (triple the recipe)
4 large chicken breast or 1 whole chicken
4 stalks celery, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
White pepper to taste

Place chicken in large stock pot. Cover with water and bring to boil. Add celery and onion. Add salt and peppers. Simmer until chicken is tender and falling off of the bone. Remove chicken from pot, cool. Pull chicken from bone and shred. Skim fat off of broth.
Return chicken to broth and bring to boil. Add noodles and simmer until noodles are desired tenderness, approximately 10 minutes.
Season to taste.

If broth is not "chickeny" enough add a spoonful or two of Better than Bouillon chicken base.
