1 egg (homemade eggs are best)
2 Tbsp milk
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine egg, milk, and salt. Add flour. Dough should be stiff, adjust flour accordingly. Roll very thin on floured surface. Cut into noodles. (A pizza cutter works well). If not using immediately, let dry for 20-30 minutes, dust generously with flour and store in a Ziplock bag. Will keep in refrigerator for a few days. But best to use immediately.
