1 pound hamburger, browned
1 pkg (16 oz) pasta, cooked per pkg directions
1 can corn, drained
1 can black beans, drained
1 small can black olives, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
8 oz sour cream
24 oz jar chucky salsa
8 oz graded cheddar cheese
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp pepper
tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients (except chips) in a large baking/casserole dish. Top with crushed tortilla chips. Bake 30 minutes or until bubbly.
Garnish with fresh cilantro (optional).

This was the first "FANCY" recipe that I ever made. I thought I was really going gourmet with this one! LOL
This makes a lot; good to take to a pot luck dinner.
