Crunchy Cauliflower and Cashew Salad Recipe

2 cups cauliflower florets
2 cups frozen peas
1/8 cup sliced green onions or more
1/4 diced Swiss cheese
3 Tbsp. dry Ranch dressing
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup cashews

In a small mixing bowl combine yogurt, sour cream, ranch seasoning, dill salt, and pepper. Thin with a little milk if you want it thinner.
Add peas, cauliflower, onions, and cheese in a large mixing bowl. Toss.
Pour yogurt mixture over veggies and toss to coat. Adjust seasonings.
Cover and chill for at least one hour.
Add cashews just before serving.
