1 pound of ground beef
1 16 ounce package of frozen mixed vegetables
1 8 ounce package of shredded cheddar cheese
2 c of instant mashed potatoes
2 T melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground beef. Drain well. Cook vegetables as directed and drain. Add to ground beef with salt and pepper and mix well. Melt butter and put into a 9 inch casserole pan. Make instant potatoes for 4 servings or enough to cover top of pan. Spread over mixture in pan. Put cheese on top and broil 3 minutes until cheese is melted.
