1 head cauliflower, finely chopped
3 heads broccoli, finely chopped
1/2 cups celery, finely chopped
15 oz. frozen peas, thawed
1 lb. bacon, cooked crisp and finely chopped
2 cups mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tsp. white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Stir mayonnaise, onion, sugar, vinegar, and cheese together until well mixed for dressing.
Combine cauliflower, broccoli celery, and peas and mix up. Pour dressing over vegetables and mix. Refrigerate. Add bacon just before serving and stir all together.
