4 c apples sliced
2 c sugar
2 c flour
1 1/2 tsp soda
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon.
1 tsp salt
2 wggs
3/4 c oil
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup nuts.
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar with apple slices and let stand. Sift together: flour, soda cinnamon & salt. Mix in eggs oil, vanilla, nuts, and then add in apples. Mix thoughly. Put into a 9 x 13 cake pan.

Bake in a 350º oven for 50 min.
