4 tbsp butter (melted)
8 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms-sliced
1 green bell pepper (diced)
8 slices or 3 c shredded Asiago cheese
1 1/2 c milk
1/4 c all purpose flour
1/2 c sour cream
1 1/2 c dried herb stuffing mix

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in buttered casserole (9 X 13). Cover chicken with mushrooms, bell peppers and cheese. Mix milk, sour cream & flour. Pour over chicken & veggies. Sprinkle herb stuffing mix over top and drizzle with melted butter. ( if chicken breast are extra large, cut in half lengthwise.)
Bake in 350º oven for 1 hour.
