1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
4 large eggs
1 can (1 lb 4 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
4-5 slices Arnold country white bread,
tear into bite size pieces

Directions:

Pre heat oven to 350 degrees

1. Cream butter and sugar

2. Beat in eggs- one at a time

3. Stir in pineapple

4. Fold in bread pieces

Bake uncovered in a greased casserole dish for 50-60 minutes
