Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe

6 (6-inch) portobello mushrooms, stems removed
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup sausage, fried, drained and crumbled
1 cup chopped tomato
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup Parmesean cheese
1/4 cup chopped chives
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped sweet pepper
4 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Remove gills from mushrooms. Place mushrooms onto foil lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Mix remaining ingredients. Spoon mixture into mushrooms.

Bake approximately 12 - 15 minutes.
