Polish Cheesecake Recipe

1 stick Butter
1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs

1/4 cup Sugar
3 8oz pkg. Soften Cream cheese
1 cup Sugar
5 Eggs
1/2 tsp.Vanilla

Topping of your choice - 8 oz Sour Cream or Canned Pie Filling of your choice such as blueberry or cherry

Preheat oven 325
9X13 pan; Melt on stick of butter in prepared oven
Mix Graham cracker and sugar together
Remove pan from oven once butter is melted; add graham cracker mixture to butter, spread evenly on the bottom
In a bowl, mix all filling ingredients together, pour onto crumbs
Bake 40 minutes
If using sour cream topping, turn off oven, spread sour cream oven cooked cake, place back into oven for 1 hour.
If using fruit pour over cooked cake and refrigerate
