2 1/2 cups water
4 oz Senna tea leaves
1 pound raisins
1 pound figs
1 pound prunes
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water to boil, add Senna tea and let steep for 5 minutes. Strain and measure out 1 pint of tea. Pour into large pot.
Add fruit and boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
Add sugar and lemon juice. Cool.
Using a stick blender or food processor, blend fruit mixture to smooth paste.
Spoon into small jelly jars with lids. Store in freezer. Paste will not freeze but will keep forever in freezer.
Makes 5 pints at 32 Tbsp per pint.

Usually 1 Tbsp is adequate, adjust appropriately. Can be spread onto toast (like jelly), mixed with hot water (like tea), or eaten right off the spoon. Taste like Fig Newtons.
