5 (or 6) packages Jello (small 4 serving size), any 5 or 6 flavors like:
Lime, Lemon, Orange, Raspberry or strawberry, Blackberry and/or Blue
Water
Sour cream, or Greek Yogurt 16 oz.
Whipped Topping

Directions:
Stir 1 1/4 C. boiling water into l flavor gelatin in a small bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Pour 3/4 C. of the dissolved gelatin into a glass 9x13 glass pan. Refrigerate about 15 minutes until slightly set but not firm. Refrigerate remaining gelatin in a bowl about 5 min until slightly thickened. Gradually stir in 3 T sour cream or yogurt. Spoon over gelatin in the pan. Let set. Repeat the process for each layer. Rainbow order is beautiful! Refrigerate until set. Top with whipped topping if desired. It takes a while, but it's worth it!

This is a bright happy recipe! We like to serve it at Christmas or Thanksgiving even though they are busy times. Would be fun for Easter too.
