1 T. Canola Oil
1 lb. ground pork(unsalted)
2 cloves minced garlic
1 medium onion
1/4 c. Hoisin sauce
2 T. soy sauce
1 T. rice wine vinegar
1 T. grated fresh ginger
1 t. sriracha
1 (8 oz) can whole water chestnuts, drained & diced.
1/4 c. roasted unsalted peanuts
2 sliced green onion tops
salt & pepper to taste
Romaine lettuce for wrapping

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork in oil for about 5 minutes.
Add onions and garlic. Cook until onion is translucent approx 3 minutes,
Add hoisin, soy, vinegar, ginger, and sriracha.
Cook 2 minutes.
Add water chestnuts, peanuts and green onion tops, tossing to combine.
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Serve with lettuce wrapping.
