1/2 c. dried great Northern beans
1/2 c. dried pinto beans
1/2 c. dried small red beans
1 envelope dry vegetable soup mix (Lipton)
2 envelopes Goya ham seasoning
1/4 c. dried minced onion
2 t. dried minced garlic
2 t. dried minced basil
1 t. dried minced rosemary
1 bay leaf
1 1/2 c. shaped dried pasta
1 15 oz. can of stewed tomatoes
1 lb. sliced smoked polish sausage

Directions:
Directions:
Place dried beans in a colander. Rinse well. Place in a large pot. Add seasonings and 12 c. of waters. Bring to boil rapidly for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to low. Cover pot and simmer 2 -3 hours, stirring occasionally, cooking until beans are tender.
Remove bay leaf.
Stir in pasta and 15 oz. can of stewed tomatoes.
Cook 10 - 20 minutes longer, until pasta is tender
