Ingredients:  
2/3 cup egg yolks
1 TBLS vinegar
3 TBLS cold water
1 teas. salt
2 cups all purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Dump out onto gently floured surface. Roll with rolling pin until about 1/4 inch. They will plump up when cooked.

Slice into strips. Use a pizza cutter for fast cutting.

Cook in broth or water about 10 minutes.
