1-1/2 lbs chicken breast
3/4 cup chopped celery (2 stalks)
1/2 cup chopped sweet onion
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp Lawry's Seasoning Salt
1/3 tsp black pepper
3/4 cup Duke's Lite Mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken until fully cooked.
Shred finely. (Easier to shred when hot)
Add mayo, chopped onion, chopped celery, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Mix all together.
Place in fridge to chill.
