4 c. Flour
2 tbsp Baking Powder (I usually put heaping tbsps)
2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
12 tbsp Butter (I think it's equivalent to 3/4 cup)
1 1/2 cup cubed Ham (I used half ham and half cooked & cut bacon)
2 c. Shredded Cheese
2 c. Shredded Zucchini (I squeezed the extra juice out)
1/4 c. - 1/2 c. Finely chopped Green Onion
1.5 c. Milk + 2 tsp vinegar
1 egg (lightly beaten)

For the Topping:
2 tbsp Butter, melted
1 tsp Garlic Powder

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.In a large mixing bowl add the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.Stir to combine.Using a pastry blender cut in the butter until the flour resembles the texture of oatmeal.Stir in the ham, cheese, green onions & zucchini. Add the milk, vinegar & lightly beaten egg, stir just until combined. On a lightly floured surface, roll dough to a 3/4-inch thickness. Use a 2 1/2-inch biscuit cutter to cut biscuits; place on a ungreased cookie sheet. Gather the dough scraps, roll out again, cut biscuits.
Continue until all the dough has been used. Bake 14 to 17 minutes or until golden brown.
For the Topping:
Place butter in a small microwave safe bowl, melt butter; stir in garlic powder.
Brush the melted butter mixture on top of each biscuit.
