1 chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/3 cup flour
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika'Oil for frying (vegetable, canola or peanut, NOT olive)

Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce:
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon prepared yellow mustard
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1 1/2 teaspoons vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
salt and pepper to taste

Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, vinegar, honey, salt and pepper unitl well blendedRefrigerate while preparing the chicken.

Chicken Nuggets:
Fill a deep fryer of large pot with enough oil to submerge the chicken. Heat to 375 degrees. While the oil is heating, place the chicken pieces in a freezer bag or baggie. Add flour, sugar, salt pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Seal and shake well to coat.
Using a slotted spoon, remove the chicken pieces and shake off any excess flour. Place on a plate or in a bowl. When the oil is ready, place a handful of chicken nuggets into the oil(do not overcrowd your pot/oil, roughly 6-8 pieces at a time. Fry 3 to 5 minutes. Place the cooked pieces on a plate lined with paper towels to drain the oil. When all of the chicken is done, serve with the dipping sauce.
