1 pound ground beef
1 onion
1/2 a head of cabbage cut up
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
tin of tomato soup
1/2 cup uncooked rice
1 and 1/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 3 litre casserole dish. Cut half a head of cabbage into chunks and place at the bottom of the casserole dish. Brown hamburger meat and saute onion. Salt and pepper to taste. Place on top of cabbage. Add rice, tomato soup and water. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour or until rice and cabbage is done.
