1 3/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp each: cloves, ginger, nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
3 eggs
1 cup solid packed pumpkin
3/4 cup milk
1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
Frosting:
8 oz cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup butter, softened
3 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. Mix together and set aside: flour, salt, cloves, ginger, nutmeg, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon.
3. Cream butter and brown sugar
4. Beat in 3 large eggs and 1 cup solid packed pumpkin
5. Alternately add 3/4 cup milk and flour mixture. Beat for one minute.
6. Stir in chopped walnuts (optional)
7. Spray 15X10X1 jellyroll pan with cooking spray. Spread batter in pan and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Cool completely.

Cream cheese Frosting:
1. Combine cream cheese, vanilla and butter.
2. Stir in powdered sugar.
3. Frost cake and decorate with walnuts.
